We specialize in servicing medical lasers, repairing aesthetic and dermatological systems, and supplying top-quality spare parts across the UK, Europe, and beyond. Founded by certified engineer Angel Alishev, our goal is simple: to provide reliable, expert support you can count on.
Our founder,
Eng. Angel Alishev
Our founder, Eng. Angel Alishev, holds a strong academic background and extensive international experience. He is certified by leading manufacturers such as Cynosure, Candela, Deka, and Asclepion. Over the course of his career, Eng. Alishev has built and trained technical teams for several medical companies across Europe and the UK. For six years, he was part of sk:n group — the largest chain of private clinics in the UK, where he became a key engineer in the technical department. He was responsible for maintaining laser systems across a network that, at its peak, included over 100 clinics. Additionally, Eng. Alishev played an active role in training the company’s engineering team and contributed significantly to raising its technical standards.
At a later stage, Eng. Alishev began manufacturing high-quality spare parts for lasers, supplying not only sk:n but also The Harley Medical Group, Destination Skin, The Mole Clinic, and later Optical Express, Laseraid, as well as numerous hospitals and NHS clinics.
